Funny Story:

Once on a trip to Germany with the Grantham Band where we were all accommodated
with host families and at the leaving party I had to give a short speech
(partly in German) of thanks. Heather was unable to come on this occasion.
I wanted to thank my host family and specially Frau Brambach. Bearing in mind
that we were seldom in bed before 3 or 4 in the morning I jokingly said at the end
of the short speech "Frau Brambach looked after me very well indeed and
HAD ME IN BED EVERY EVENING BY 9 O'CLOCK".
There was uproar for a few minutes. Then I realised what I had said.

" Yes, can someone tell the Powers that be that Global Warming in a natural process and will happen anyway. "
